Our successful Real Estate Team is looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented, full-time Administrator to join the current Administrative staff. We are seeking an individual who will provide superior coordination of the real estate sales process, utilizing superior customer service, computer skills and professionalism. The perfect candidate should possess exceptional attention to detail and accuracy and be able to work in a fast-paced team environment. Real Estate experience is a plus but not required.


Responsibilities
  • Manage and improve all systems for clients, lead generation, database management and back office support
  • Assist Listing Administrator with all listing files and listing marketing (brochures, flyers, online marketing, etc.)
  • Assist Transaction Coordinator with management of contract to close process
  • Participate in company-provided training sessions
  • Maintain and improve operations manuals that document all systems and standards
  • Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries and provide concierge level customer service to clients and customers
  • Act as a liaison between clients and team agents
  • Coordinate preferred vendors, including professional photographers, contractors, etc.
  • Be instrumental in keeping day to day office tasks away from team agents, organizing workflow and reducing inefficiencies
  • Possess, or have the ability to obtain, valid Florida Real Estate License
Qualifications
  • Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues. Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook as well as possess Database and Internet skills
  • Have excellent attention to detail and an extremely high-level accuracy
  • Concerned with doing things the right way the first time
  • Flexible in daily routine; able to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities
  • Able to assess, prioritize and act quickly
  • Learning based and solution oriented
  • Deadline driven and extremely organized
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in time management

Compensation
$20,000 to $40,000 per year based on experience and bonuses
