Real Estate Office Help Wanted!

Could you be the great assistant I'm seeking to work full-time and help me handle many of the pesky administrative details of running my own rapidly growing Real Estate business?

I've just got too many things to do - all the paperwork, new listings to be processed, prospects to be added to my database, closings to be scheduled, incoming offers to be directed, a contact management system that must be kept accurately up to the minute and other administrative details that go along with running a real estate business... and it's all killing me.

Can you help make my headaches vanish by handling some of these details?

Are you somebody who's superb at handling details? Do you enjoy working with customers over the phone? Do you have Real Estate Experience? Are you a loyal, hardworking behind the scenes type person who always follows through and never misses a deadline? Are you so productive that your last employer considered hiring two people to replace you after you left? Are you a super-organized, get-it-done type person who's also very good at talking with people on the phone?

If so, we should talk because you just might be the great administrative assistant I'm seeking.

Compensation is dependent upon experience.

Responsibilities

The position includes but is not limited to:

  • Assist with paperwork and systems for clients, MLS, Showing Time, extensions, office support, etc. 
  • Communicate with clients and agents daily.  
  • Work with agents, vendors, closing attorneys and municipalities as needed. 
  • Assist in getting positive reviews. 
  • Compile and distribute various weekly/monthly reports, mailings, documents, etc. to team as needed.
  • Continue to take day to day office tasks away from team members, organizing workflow and reducing inefficiencies.
Qualifications

  • Must be technologically savvy, able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues. Must also be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and must possess Internet skills.
  • Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents.
  • Learning based and solution oriented. 
  • Deadline driven and extremely organized.
  • Open to new ideas and systems.
  • Able to make quick and effective decisions, solve problems, as well as maintain confidentiality.
  • Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities.
Compensation
$12 - $15/hour (dependent on experience), Paid Time Off, Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, employer provided Group Term Life and a company sponsored retirement plan with an employer contribution.
