We’re looking for an outstanding real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities will include initiating and delivering projects, maintaining and interacting with the client database with an emphasis on supreme client care, oversee calendars and appointments, and track key strategic indicators for the success of the business. You’ll also work closely with the team lead to manage and execute the monthly marketing plan, facilitate day-to-day operations, and create systems necessary to ensure tight and organized team-wide operations. Our ideal candidate has superb organizational skills, a knack for customer service, and a strong drive to implement and improve systems.
