We’re hiring a motivated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities include administrative duties such as assisting with real estate contracts, answering phones, keeping the office organized, and assisting the team leads. You’ll also support the team by helping plan company events, helping agents with tech issues, and onboarding. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator who is driven and highly detail-oriented. If this position interests you, start your application today!

  • Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness

  • Assist operations and our team lead with day-to-day business items. Such as calendars, clients, errands, etc.
  • Organize the office and assist agents when issues arise

  • License for real estate is preferred but not required
  • Great written and verbal skills
  • Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems

  • Prior experience as an assistant and/or office manager preferred

$18 - $24 hourly
