The Administrative Assistant oversees the day-to-day operations and sales in direct support of our busy real estate broker. You will be responsible for managing calendars, setting appointments, planning events, producing documents, and completing projects with minimal supervision, along with a high level of attention to detail. Strong administrative and customer service skills, excellent verbal and written skills are required.
The ideal candidate has the ability to thrive in an independent work environment, has real estate related experience along with strong phone and communication skills. We are looking for a self-starting team player with a positive attitude who thrives in administrative work and is committed to supporting the success of the broker.
