We’re hiring a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities include administrative duties such as data entry, monitoring and notifying agents of important deadlines, complying with legal procedures, and maintaining the office calendar. You’ll also support the team by marketing the company on social media and planning company events. The ideal candidate should be a fun-loving, great communicator who is driven and highly detail-oriented.

  • Deliver concierge-level service to agents and their clients
  • Diligently maintain transactional records for the office
  • Process agent commissions quickly and accurately
  • Process office invoices and expenses to ensure they are paid in a timely manner
  • Maintain adequate inventory of office supplies and restock as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and general appearance of common areas within the office
  • Answer phones and direct calls as needed
  • Manage office social media platforms in a fun and informative way
  • Provide support to Branch Manager in a variety of areas included but not limited to recruiting, retention, training, and sales meetings.
  • Help organize company events
  • Actively participate in relevant training sessions


  • High Schools Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) in related field or a combination of education and experience that provides the necessary skills and knowledge to satisfactorily perform the essential job functions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Accounting and/or bookkeeping experience helpful
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required

$35,000 - $45,000 yearly
