A small real estate team in Reston, VA is looking for the next member of our work family as we grow!
We are looking for someone who wants to see their contribution truly make a difference, who can take initiative to improve systems and processes, and who will thrive in working in a dynamic “catch-all” position. The ideal candidate would be highly organized, detail-oriented, infectiously positive and looking to truly take ownership of the role and their central position to the team. This person would be comfortable maintaining existing systems, but also taking initiative to develop new processes where needed and would be able to manage the day-to-day operations by handling various tasks at once. The ideal candidate would have real estate experience, either as an agent, transaction coordinator or support staff from a real estate team.
This person must excel at problem-solving, be comfortable with client interaction and embrace the mentality that our clients start as real estate clients and end as part of the family!
This is not a virtual position. Our Operations Manager would need to be on-site at our office in Reston.
We are a young, growing real estate team that wants to completely change the way that agents are viewed, what is expected of them, and what role they should play within real estate transactions. A transactional agent looks at each deal in isolation. We are relationship-based advisors who look at how this transaction fits into the client's larger financial picture, layering in their goals, motivations and long term plans. The only way to be able to comprehensively advise in that way is to truly KNOW our clients.
To truly know our clients, we have to do more than just get them from point A to point B in a real estate transaction. We empathetically put ourselves in their shoes and take the time to understand them as people…not just the parties to a real estate transaction.
