A small real estate team in Reston, VA is looking for the next member of our work family as we grow!

We are looking for someone who wants to see their contribution truly make a difference, who can take initiative to improve systems and processes, and who will thrive in working in a dynamic “catch-all” position. The ideal candidate would be highly organized, detail-oriented, infectiously positive and looking to truly take ownership of the role and their central position to the team. This person would be comfortable maintaining existing systems, but also taking initiative to develop new processes where needed and would be able to manage the day-to-day operations by handling various tasks at once. The ideal candidate would have real estate experience, either as an agent, transaction coordinator or support staff from a real estate team. 

This person must excel at problem-solving, be comfortable with client interaction and embrace the mentality that our clients start as real estate clients and end as part of the family!

This is not a virtual position. Our Operations Manager would need to be on-site at our office in Reston.

Responsibilities
  • Complete ownership of back end processes of the team
  • Creation of workflows for repetitive tasks and structuring of team operations manual
  • Maintenance of individual client checklists and communication with lead agent about what is outstanding
  • Maintenance of both paper and electronic files for each client
  • Liaising with transaction coordinator to get updates on each deal and step in when needed to facilitate processing of file
  • Run comparable market analysis and equity update data for past and prospective clients, including creating final CMA booklet at office
  • Preparing materials for listing presentations and buyer consultations
  • Preparing materials for upcoming listings
  • Coordinating submission of all necessary documentation to office broker, ensuring file compliance
  • Assist team with lead generation activities including social media marketing and digital marketing, maintenance of team CRM, organization of drip campaigns, etc
  • Management of monthly team mailers, including consistent proactive strategies to create inventory
  • Must have reliable transportation to assist with any offsite tasks
  • Management of client care program for past clients and database
Qualifications
  • Prior real estate experience
  • Proven track record of being able to identify inefficiencies in processes and creation and implementation of solutions

Compensation
$40,000 - $50,000 yearly
