A Real Estate License is a plus. This position is 20-30 hours per week to start!

Our ideal candidate is organized and systematic, professional, a problem solver and an effective communicator. We are looking for someone with good writing skills including penmanship, someone who is creative, has a marketing background and is proficient in social media marketing. 

We're seeking someone who has the ability to stay calm in a fast changing environment, who has knowledge of both Mac and Windows Operating system and if you have prior knowledge of Mail Merge or a similar product that's a plus! 

We're searching for a fast learner, someone willing to put in some after hours work as needed. A full-time opportunity is possible after the probationary first 3 months. You should be available to meet in person in Redwood City and Palo Alto. 

Some work from home hours may be acceptable after initial training period. Starting compensation is $20 per hour (or commensurate with experience). Quarterly bonuses available based on performance and candidate’s involvement and ability in helping with business growth.

Responsibilities

Daily Tasks:

  • Follow up as needed with clients - email and/or phone call.
  • Checking on the status of listings buyers are interested in, making appointments for showing properties, and organizing the best route for showings (if needed)
  • Send disclosures to clients
  • Schedule Inspections - update clients
  • Set up Disclosure Package for Signatures through Docusign
  • Set up Drew’s lead follow up calendar as needed
  • Set up calendar for escrow at start of escrow - Email to all parties
  • Set up listings on MLS and related Marketing
  • Social Media Marketing - Increase Facebook and Instagram Presence and “Likes” on Business Page
  • Work on general online presence and uniformity across different websites like Website, Zillow, Yelp, Google Plus, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Blog, Twitter, Instagram
  • Ensure smooth running of office equipment such as printer
  • Take stock of inventory of ink cartridge, printing paper etc on an ongoing basis 

Tasks to be scheduled on a monthly, weekly, or bi weekly basis:

Farm related marketing activities:

  • Newsletters
  • Mailers
  • Flyer delivery
  • Letters - good cursive writing is a plus - knowledge of Mail Merge or similar product is a plus
  • Follow up with Corefact Leads - send Zestimates etc.
  • Keep adding leads to database
  • Document number of touches on spreadsheet
  • Help build yearly calendar of Touches

Zillow and Trulia follow up:

  • Call the leads
  • Follow up with hand written note if address available
  • Make mailers to send out
  • Keep adding leads to database
  • Document touches on spreadsheet
  • Help build yearly calendar of Touches

Expireds:

  • Send out mailers
  • Call if number available
  • Send out cards
  • Document touches on spreadsheet
  • Help plan yearly calendar of Touches
  • Contact on LinkedIn if possible

FSBOS:

  • Send out mailers
  • Call if number available
  • Send out cards
  • Document touches on spreadsheet
  • Help plan yearly calendar of Touches
  • Contact on LinkedIn if possible

Tasks on an ongoing basis:

  • Putting out open house signs as needed
  • Dropping off flyers/postcards door to door for Open Houses or New Listings/Sold Listings as needed
  • Miscellaneous research
  • Dropping off mailers to the post office
  • Prepare listing presentation binders as needed

Qualifications
  • Real Estate experience is a plus
  • Must be highly organized and systematic
  • Positive energy
  • Willing to learn
  • Ability to stay calm in a fast paced environment
Compensation
$20 per hour
