We’re searching for a Professional Real Estate Administrative Assistant. Your role is to help onboard and support agents to grow their business through technology and marketing. You will play an active role in our event planning and monthly training calendar.

The ideal candidate:

  • Possesses technology and marketing experience
  • Is outgoing and friendly with the ability to make people feel welcome
  • Can create beautiful posts, flyers, and advertising material
  • Is resourceful and confident in learning new platforms and technology
  • Task-oriented and able to self manage deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Can easily stay organized and can multi-task
  • Proficient in Google, Microsoft Office Suites, Zoom

Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 yearly plus monthly bonus opportunities

  • Continue to build skills and knowledge in the real estate industry by attending educational events
  • Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings
  • Ensure each transaction complies with legalities and any tax withholdings are complete
  • Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible
  • Achieve company objectives and regularly compile a progress report to present to the team
  • Notify transaction participants when a deadline is approaching
  • Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local area
  • Plan travel arrangements, open houses, final walkthroughs, and other necessary engagements
  • Compete with others in the real estate industry by producing high-quality print and digital marketing materials

  • Responsible for onboarding agents and creating a smooth transition and supportive environment for all new associates
  • Embraces teaches and promotes our technology
  • Has an eye for creating marketing pieces for both the agents and the office
  • Be the go-to person for agent questions, directing them to the appropriate resource
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of KW’s platform, Command (training provided), and be able to teach elements of its utilization
  • Assist in developing our monthly training calendar and promote each class
  • Various activities which support the overall efforts of the Team Leader

  • Real estate license preferred
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager
  • Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents
  • Communicates well, both verbally and written
$40,000 - $45,000 yearly
