Real Estate Assistant - Marketing & Social Media Manager

The role of this assistant position is to manage the day-to-day aspects of the office and tasks for David and Rhina Franco. These duties are not limited to just helping team members but to also helping with team listings, buyers and office staff. 

The assistant manager is responsible for marketing and online social media management, data base management, big picture oversight, planning of marketing via email and mail outs and every aspect needed for support of Team Success business plan. This business requires problem solving, a positive attitude, a real go-getter and no excuses.

  • Assisting with various marketing tasks including data entry 
  • Follow up with existing and new clients
  • Property research 
  • Organizing and creating sales documents 
  • Managing Social Media accounts 
  • Maintaining Marketing through various channels 
  • Analyze and implement new marketing strategies
  • Manage and market to client data base
  • Implement and maintain mailing campaign to new and past clients 
  • Assisting team leader with production
  • 2 years of experience working as a real estate assistant 
  • MLS Knowledge and CAR forms knowledge 
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred 
  • Knowledge of social media 
  • Basic Real Estate knowledge 
  • Good communication and writing skills 
  • Ability to learn new online/website applications 
  • Real Estate License is not required 
  • Use of computers/clerical experience preferred
