We are looking for a person to handle all functions of our office. Must be self-motivated, have strong customer service skills, organizational skills, an ability to problem solve. A can-do, pleasant attitude and the ability to work independently is a must. The Administrative Director reports directly to the owners and is responsible for ensuring the smooth daily running of the company. Duties include managing phone and e-mail communications. Oversee routine updates to websites and other social media.

Responsibilities
  • Understand the process of Real Estate sales
  • Manage CRM
  • Manage Trend
  • Open and close office
  • All administrative duties as directed by management and top producers 
Qualifications
  • 2 years of Real Estate office experience
  • Proficiency in Trend, Docusign, Zip Forms, Word, Excel 
  • Able to handle large volume of work and prioritize
  • Must have references in the industry
Compensation
$40,000 plus benefits and bonus plan
