Looking for someone who loves the real estate industry but is not particularly fond of the long hours, working weekends and not having a steady income. 

Our mission is to create a first-class buying and selling experience for our clients, and we’re in search of an Administrative Assistant who is passionate about supporting the team and helping us reach our objectives in a dynamic and evolving environment. 

The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, adaptable, and driven. The individual must also be able to interact with people of varied personalities in person, on the phone, and electronically.


  • Answer/transfer calls in a timely manner 
  • Greet clients and visitors at the front desk  
  • Create, print, and assemble various documents required for appointments and meetings 
  • Data research
  • Data entry  
  • Schedule appointments and reminder calls 
  • Office touch-up as needed 
  • Process mail merges and direct mailings 
  • Daily drop box check 
  • Maintain and anticipate office supply needs 
  • Outdoor signage and slideshow updates 
  • Perform general office clerk duties and errands as needed 


  • 2+ yrs experience as an office assistant  
  • Excellent customer service skills and professional manner 
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Google Suite, PDFs, and Internet skills 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a high-level accuracy with documents 
  • Excellent typing, verbal, written communication, and computer skills 
  • Concerned with doing things the right way the first time 
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and responsibilities 
  • Positive attitude and willingness to accept feedback for continued improvement 
  • Eager to learn and tackle any new office assignment 
  • Must have a valid driver's license 
  • Willing to obtain a MA and NH real estate license if not already licensed

$18 - $20 hourly
