The Administrative Assistant is an individual who relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems with minimal supervision. The Administrative Assistant is focused and highly concerned with doing things the right way. They are calm under pressure and have a service-based attitude. This person is a life-long learner, understands urgency and is willing and able to ensure all administrative tasks are completed to high standards with maximum efficiency.
An Administrative Assistant is deeply committed to supporting the team in achieving greater levels of success, and to growing his/her own skills and developing into a supportive leader in this role, as well as their next. Additionally, in this position there will be opportunity for advancement into other roles within the company.
This an hourly position. Compensation is based on level of experience and expertise upon hire.
Part time to Full Time opportunities available.
