We are seeking an energetic, reliable, and organized Front Desk Person to join our real estate brokerage. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our associates and clients and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate must have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a friendly and professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors and provide excellent customer service
  • Answer phone calls, transfer calls, and take messages
  • Schedule appointments for agents and maintain their calendars
  • Prepare and distribute documents and correspondence as needed
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer software
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Must have a professional appearance and demeanor
