Low interest rates have exponentially increased our volume of home sales, and we need a detail-oriented person to direct front door traffic, assist Agents and provide support for one of our leaders. Responsibilities

  • Assist Agents and provide support for one of our leaders
  • Fielding questions and managing incoming office traffic
  • Utilize Excel to coordinate mailings and check out supplies for Agents
  • Track and order office supplies

Qualifications

  • An extremely organized person known for their ability to turn chaos into clarity
  • Someone who’s quick on their feet and always stays calm under pressure.
  • Experience proving administration support using Google Docs, Sheets and Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
  • Tech-savviness to communicate using multiple sources: Phone, Text, Slack, Gmail, and oversee security card system
  • Strong communications skills to listen to needs and find solutions
  • Someone who’s energized by managing a multitude of requests
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
  • A positive “people-person” who brings out the best in others
  • Someone who never settles for “good enough”

Compensation
$15 - $16 hourly
