I am looking to grow my real estate career and need assistance with administrative tasks, some creativity, and organization. Would love to find a reliable and trustworthy partner who is available up to 20 hours per week and is looking to be a part of a growing team.
Responsibilities
- Assist the broker with transaction-related paperwork, schedule necessary inspections, follow up with clients and vendors, and help keep transactions on track
- Be available to attend inspections, water meter readings, assist with staging, photography, and other transaction-related activities that require one to be on site
- Assist with mailers and marketing materials - print and digital
- Experience with social media, specifically Instagram is a big plus. Social media-related tasks will include planning and managing a social media calendar, writing relevant content (under broker guidance), posting consistently and frequently
- Assist with CRM and CRM-related tasks
Qualifications
- Administrative experience or similar
- Great communication and organization skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior real estate experience is a plus, but not required
- College degree
Compensation
$22 - $25 hourly
