We are seeking an organized professional who can streamline all efforts of the team for increased productivity. We need someone dedicated to supporting company growth by creating an environment of responsiveness and caring for our team, clients, business associates, and community. This is 50+ hours, especially during the growth phases for the first 12 months. Our administrative assistant will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and exceptional phone manner. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Docs required. Proficiency at quick typing required. This critical position requires someone who can be interrupted frequently, maintain an exceptional attitude, joyfully serve others and shares our belief that people come first. We would love to have you join not just our team, but our family as well!

  • Creating and managing spreadsheets for us in Google Sheets
  • Sorting mail
  • Writing letters
  • Phone texts and calls
  • Errands in the field (including, but not limited to, tasks such as taking photos and videos)
  • General office maintenance and stocking
  • Data entry
  • Manage website, blog sites and social media
  • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports to clients (buyers and sellers)
  • Help manage contract to close process
  • Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
  • Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries and complaints
  • Keep Sales Manager informed about challenges and issues that need to be handled
  • Provide concierge level customer service to buyers and sellers
  • Work with preferred vendors, including professional photographers, contractors, suppliers, etc.
  • Enter critical dates for property sales on shared System Calendar
  • Send out weekly reminders of upcoming critical dates
  • Continue to take day to day office tasks away from sales manager, organizing workflow and reducing inefficiencies

About Venture Real Estate Group LLC

We are an investment company that buys and sells 200 homes per year, and we'll be expanding in 2019 while most other companies are slowing down due to a poor economy! We only buy quality homes. We expect high quality labor every single time. The only difference in a $150,000 home and a $350,000 home to us is the QUALITY of the material used. Otherwise, the labor quality is expected to be 100% the same. 

Our office is small and informal. We're a team of 17 and growing daily! We wear whatever we want, whenever we want. Sometimes, we will dress up a bit for a client, but that's a very rare thing. Anytime you meet a client you will be professionally dressed. We take pride in our unique culture!
