We’re hiring a motivated Licensed Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. Our growing team is now hiring for a licensed assistant to our team leader. This role will be an exciting opportunity for someone who prefers a lot of variety in their day. You will be working with buyer and seller clients, assisting with transactions and dealing with a variety of day to day tasks required to support a team on pace to sell more than 500 homes this year!

• Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
• Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
• Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
• Manage database systems and coordinate a follow-up schedule
• Arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
• Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements for a successful close

• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
• At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
• An established track record of successful real estate sales
• Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
• Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry
