We’re hiring a motivated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities include administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents in the client database for our team, monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines, complying with legal procedures, and planning appointments and final walkthroughs. You’ll also support the team by creating company marketing materials, having a hand in the team's social media, and facilitating local events to foster connections with people in the community. Responsibilities

  • Track important dates and time limits for transactions and notify relevant stakeholders as needed
  • Fill out all appropriate paperwork and file in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing deals
  • Create and maintain our online database system as needed and continually streamline procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness; analyze operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms control, office layout, budgetary and personnel requirements; be responsible for implementing and enforcing changes.
  • Plan travel arrangements, open houses, final walkthroughs, and other necessary engagements
  • Maintain an organized filing structure through online systems as well as color-coded file folder system
  • Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings and act as a liaison between the team and clients
  • Compete with others in the real estate industry by producing high-quality print and digital marketing materials
  • Manage our inventory; anticipate needs; place and expedite orders; verify receipts.
  • Travel locally and help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local area
  • Create and maintain a social media calendar to increase company's presence across platforms

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have high school diploma or GED
  • Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
  • A willingness to get your real estate license if you do not have one already
  • A passion for real estate


Compensation
$45,000 - $60,000 yearly
