We’re looking for a driven and dedicated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Your job will be to complete the appropriate paperwork for transactions, oversee important deadlines, and coordinate schedules for appointments. You’ll also work with the team to manage a CRM database and help with customer outreach. Our ideal candidate has superb organizational skills, is a multitask expert, has a knack for customer service, and a strong understanding of the real estate transaction process. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer service needs with urgency and attentiveness
  • Coordinate schedules to ensure optimal timelines as needed
  • Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
  • Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely and compliant manner
  • Take part in employee development programs to strengthen existing skill sets in real estate administration

Qualifications
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager
  • Communicates well, both verbally and written
  • Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Real estate license preferred

  • Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Programs, and customer database systems

Compensation
$35,000 - $40,000 yearly
