Bridge Turnkey Investments, one of Kansas City’s largest real estate investment, development, and renovation companies, is looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual to add to our team as a real estate admin. This role requires an individual who can wear multiple hats, juggle priorities, and keep track of various ongoing tasks at once. 

As the real estate admin, you will help our team buy houses and vacant lots by overseeing those transactions. You will coordinate with the title company, lender, and seller to ensure the closing goes smoothly. You will document this activity in our system and report back with any issues or concerns inhibiting the success of the transaction.

You will also help cover a variety of administrative tasks to help our office run smoothly. This includes overseeing our vendor relationships related to the office (cleaning, trash collection, snow removal, groundskeeping, etc), ordering and maintaining office supplies, and answering the main office phone.

The right individual will enjoy keeping track of details, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and building relationships and space to best support the team around them.

Responsibilities

  • Help our team buy houses by overseeing the buy-side transactions of our real estate deals
  • Coordinate with the title company
  • Coordinate with lenders
  • Coordinate with sellers
  • Regularly update internal systems to track the progress of transactions
  • Manage all office-related vendor relationships
  • Regularly inventory office supplies and order more when appropriate
  • Answer phones, check mail, and other miscellaneous office administrative duties

Qualifications

  • Real Estate experience preferred
  • 2 years or equivalent experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment

Compensation
$37,000 - $44,000 per year
