We’re looking for a driven and dedicated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Your job will be to complete and file the appropriate paperwork for listings, oversee important deadlines and notify clients when necessary, adhere to industry requirements, and coordinate marketing assets. You’ll also work with the team and affiliated companies. From time to time you will manage the production of some marketing materials and facilitate local or company events to foster connections with people in the community and intracompany. No Real Estate License Required.

  • Track important dates and time limits for transactions and notify relevant stakeholders as needed
  • Fulfill client requests for information or other relevant transaction services in a quick and friendly manner

  • Coordinate ordering of marketing assets
  • Enter marketing assets into our system properly

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents
  • Weekend and evening availability
$10 - $20 hourly
