We’re looking for a driven and dedicated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Your job will be to complete and file the appropriate paperwork for transactions, oversee important deadlines and notify clients when necessary, adhere to legal and tax withholding requirements, and coordinate schedules for final walkthroughs and other appointments. You’ll also work with the team to manage the production of all marketing materials and facilitate local events to foster connections with people in the community.   • Notify transaction participants when a deadline is approaching
  • Generate status reports for the team on a regular basis to make sure company targets are being properly prioritized
  • Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings
  • Take part in employee development programs to strengthen existing skill sets in real estate administration
  • Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local area
  • Plan travel arrangements, open houses, final walkthroughs, and other necessary engagements
  • Supervise production of all online marketing materials as well as brochures and flyers for events to professionally represent the real estate team
  • Enforce compliance with legal and tax withholding processes
  • Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork

  • Perform property management duties
  • Manage all lead generations systems

  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Background in real estate is required for this position
  • Great written and verbal skills
  • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED
  • Available evenings and weekends

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office and customer/marketing software
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and content creation
  • Must have a car, valid driver license and car insurance

$13 - $15 per hour + Commission
