  • Create and maintain operations manual
  • Create and implement systems for tracking all production numbers
  • Create and implement all systems for client, agent, team, vendor communication 
  • Oversee and improve (as needed) system for reviews and referrals
  • Take ownership over all activities related to listings activation and listing management
  • Manage database to ensure processes run smoothly and there is rigorous lead follow-up
  • Cultivate relationships to convert leads to appointments
  • Practice and follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
  • Social media posts (create and manage The Gonzalez Legacy Group stories)
  • Oversee and implement all marketing-related activities
  • Keep the team owners informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled
  • Understand and internalize evolving real estate trends in the local market
  • Understand and adhere to local, state, and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage services
