We are in search of an Administrative Assistant for our top-ranking team. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is willing to go “above and beyond” and is excited about helping an organization grow to the next level; also someone who thrives in a fast-paced work environment. This position requires a highly detail-oriented and systematic individual that helps a team service clients with seamless, top-notch customer service. Creative problem solving, exemplary customer service, and strong communication and negotiation skills are necessary.  

The right candidate will relish the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems with minimal supervision. Deep commitment to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, and consistent communication is a must. Candidates may exhibit some drive and desire to influence; however, the overriding marker of his/her behavior is persistence and stability.

  • Improve skill sets through employee development programs
  • Manage all paperwork in the office and create a process for team members to follow to ensure efficiency 
  • Purchase office equipment when appropriate 
  • Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Utilize the website, social media, and printed materials to raise our visibility in the community
  • Maintain listing and sales checklists to ensure smooth transactions
  • Provide superior back-office support by managing seller/buyer systems, internal databases, and lead generation
  • Develop and provide regular reports to clients
  • Coordinate photos, signage, and marketing materials for all MLS listings
  • When issues or problems arise, inform the lead agent
  • Responsible for customer relationships, communication and follow up.
  • Answering office phones and managing incoming questions.

  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet skills
  • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
  • Attention to detail and keen organization skills are needed
  • Work efficiently and in a timely manner on a variety of tasks with minimal supervision
  • Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work
  • Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus
$35,000 - $45,000 per year based on hourly plus bonus
