Responsibilities
- Continue to build skills and knowledge in the real estate industry by attending educational events
- Arrange for open houses and other community events to locally spread brand awareness
- Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness
- Schedule property showings, obtain feedback from agents and deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers
- Prepare Listing Presentations
- Coordinate Open Houses
- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Complete Daily Schedule of Front Desk/Receptionist tasks
- Answer Multi-Line Phone System, assisting callers with everyday questions and directing calls within the Team
- Providing Clerical and Administrative support to Team Members within the office
- Create reports, compose letters, and data entry (40+ WPM)
- General office duties such as filing, photocopying, binding, faxing, scanning
- Maintain the overall appearance of the office by making sure all areas remain organized and user-friendly
Qualifications
- Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems
- Communicates well, both verbally and written
- Works well in a team environment
- 2 years + Experience with a Customer Service related position
- Intermediate Understanding of Microsoft Office
- Self-Motivated/Self Starter/Task Master
- Super Organized
- Advanced User with Google Products on PC Platforms Preferred
- Real Estate Experience Preferred
- Team Player and Desire to Have FUN!
- This is a Full-Time Position. Our new Team Member must be available Mon-Fri from 9 AM to 5 PM
Compensation
$30,000 - $35,000
