Responsibilities
  • Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings
  • Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork
  • Track important dates and time limits for transactions and notify relevant stakeholders as needed
  • Take part in employee development programs to strengthen existing skill sets in real estate administration

  • Administrative duties supporting a busy real estate team
  • Coordinate schedules to ensure optimal open houses and final walk-through, travel arrangements, and general appointments
  • Update CRM systems and client portals with current information
  • Customer communications
  • Notify agents and clients when a deadline is approaching
  • Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness

Qualifications
  • Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends

  • Current active CT Real Estate License
  • Ability to provide top-notch customer service to a broad client base
  • Highly organized, meticulous attention to detail, and high integrity mindset

Compensation
$18 + DOE
