Real Estate Agent is seeking a talented Bilingual (English/Spanish) Administrative Assistant to manage day-to-day operations and long-term growth. The position entails the full scope of administrative duties to ensure smooth and efficient operations by providing client services. An ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will play an essential role in minimizing distractions so that the team can focus on generating new business and closing sales. A natural leader who embraces taking ownership and juggling multiple tasks, is a team player, a self-starter, and has the ability to manage and prioritize levels of assignments as they arise.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative duties
  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the Real Estate process
  • Support agent with document management, scheduling appointments, emails, and follow-up
  • Coordinates the real estate transaction process from start to finish and maintains adequate records
  • Ensure all proper documentation is accounted for and entered into the closing system
  • Review all documents to verify the correct signatures and dates
  • Coordinate all closing activities
  • Process new listings (including verification of taxes, square footage, details of rooms, creating remarks, and all other pertinent information to list a home)
  • Manage Calendar, schedule, and confirm appointments 
  • Manage client database
  • Calls/emails
  • Project management 
  • Assist with social media platforms

Qualifications

  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a MUST
  • Real Estate experience is preferred
  • Exceptional organization and time-management skills
  • Strong phone skills 
  • Demonstrates highly efficient organizational skills, resourceful and detail-oriented
  • Professional, diplomatic, able to multi-task and prioritize
  • Demonstrates a high level of dependability, honesty, and professionalism in all aspects of the job
  • Thoroughness in accomplishing a task, no matter how small. Follows task through until completion
  • Strong desire to learn new skills and increase knowledge
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality 

Compensation
$18 - $20 hourly
