Activities include creating and utilizing systems to increase productivity, transaction coordination from pre-list to closing, general administrative tasks, and event planning. $35,000 - $40,000 with opportunity for bonuses, plus benefits including paid time off, health insurance and Simple IRA

• Transaction coordination including: preparing listing paperwork, setting appointments with vendors, contract to close tasks, and consistent communication with all parties.
• Schedule appointments with vendors and clients
• Maintain Constant Contact (email database), Brivity (CRM), Dotloop, and MLS
• Assist with correspondence using established systems and touch points
• Participate in Brokerage meetings, trainings and other office functions
• Potentially assist with showing properties, adding / removing lockboxes, attending photoshoots, and other Broker tasks as a backup

• A valid Washington Real Estate license or be willing to obtain license
• A positive, energetic team player who enjoys talking with people and has excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Real Estate experience is preferred
• Experience with Google Suite, Adobe, Microsoft Office, NWMLS, Dotloop and Brivity a plus
• Learning based and will seek to find answers, be innovative in creating new and better ways to achieve goals
• Personality and Values aligned with the Brokerage
• Maturity and attention to detail for independent working
