- Assist staff with administrative duties as needed
- Prepare marketing material
- Basic transaction coordination
- Able to make quick and effective decisions, solve problems, as well as maintain confidentiality
- Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be organized, proficient and on-time
- Knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, email, etc.
- Experience with QuickBooks accounting software would be preferred, although not required
$12 per hour
