Our administrative support position will provide CRM and transaction support to the sales team so previous experience in real estate is helpful but not required. This person will also provide outstanding customer support and service to our buyers and sellers. A qualified candidate must be proficient in social media and able to help us grow our business exposure through social media campaigns.


  • Learn and oversee our CRM system to include transaction management, data entry, and communication with new leads
  • Plan and implement social media campaigns and posts to the team's business page
  • Assist sales team with transactions and communications to clients
  • Plan and oversee client appreciation events
  • Assist with video marketing and direct mail marketing campaigns
  • Provide WOW customer service to clients


  • Previous experience in social media marketing and video production/editing
  • Digital marketing experience to gain exposure to potential clients
  • Customer service experience
  • Real estate transaction management
  • Database Management

$20 per hour +
