Real estate entrepreneur, Nick Evans is looking to hire someone to oversee several special business projects. The mission for this position is to ensure a consistent delivery and performance of excellence for all of entrepreneur's companies. Results will be measured by the time Nick is able to spend on focused, distracted creative output through your assistance.
You are the ideal person we are looking for if you are creative, resourceful, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are a self-starter, have detailed organizational and problem-solving skills, and can manage tasks efficiently and effectively. We are looking for someone who can be handed a task and with direction and feedback see the project from conception to completion. Must be detail-oriented; as you will be hiring, managing and interacting with every member of the team, clients, vendors, and other business partners. Strong communications and negotiation skills are required, all with a positive, supportive and charming nature.
Basically, if you are interested in a position where you have the autonomy to do your job, and have a flexible schedule with options for working from home and are excited about tackling new projects and tackling new things we're the perfect fit. The job will be an office job, not out in the field and will require that you do equal amounts of routine administrative work as well as new project development.

You will be running and managing several aspects of our real estate portfolio which include but are not limited to:

  • Property management and leasing for our portfolio of properties
  • Leasing activities and screening (not a leasing agent - higher level)
  • Project Management for various construction/development projects
  • Assistance in disposition of real estate assets
  • Negotiation of sale of assets
  • Direct customer interaction on many levels
  • Various administrative tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED
$45,000 - $60,000 yearly

We have been in the real estate business since 2005. We have several different companies that you will have various responsibilities with. We own and manage our own rental portfolio, do fix and flips, residential development, construction, lending, and have a marketing arm to find and acquire new properties and have a brokerage arm. Our companies comprise the full spectrum of residential real estate.
