We’re searching for a Real Estate Administrative Assistant.

You must be a positive person, an organizer, and a good communicator...both written and oral. You need to be a fast learner with a quick mind, and be willing to work hard and work smart. You should also have excellent computer skills and a good sense of humor.

You’ll be responsible for managing all paperwork in a timely manner, notifying clients of approaching deadlines, scheduling appointments, and providing superb customer service. In addition, you’ll work with other staff members to market our brand.

You'll work in a fast-paced real estate office in Boca Raton. We are offering an exciting atmosphere in a people-oriented business. Past experience in real estate, title or customer service is preferred.

  • Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings
  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry
  • Supervise production of all online marketing materials as well as brochures and flyers for events to professionally represent the real estate team
  • Communicates well, both verbally and written
  • Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems
