Real Estate Administrative Assistant - Listing Coordinator
The ideal candidate in this position will be required to complete the following tasks as part of this role:
- Assist to create and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, client database management, lead generation tracking, lead follow-up, and all office administration.
- Activate and manage listings acting as listing concierge to assist the listing agent with client care and customer service throughout the listing process.
- Managing and executing weekly Open Houses and Showing Feedback reporting system.
- Assist in the production and creation of various marketing materials for the J Alexander brand.
- Manage Social Media pages creating content and designing graphics for various postings.
- Fielding and responding to inquiries from clients, cooperating agents, and call-in seller/buyer leads.
- Plan and execute client appreciation and community events.
- Assist Sales Team with property searches, showings, and fieldwork.
- Listing management
- Frequent client communication
- Marketing (design, create and placement of marketing materials print and online)
- Event planning
- Administrative support for Real Estate Sales Team
- Assist Team Leader and Director of Operations on various projects, business development, and client care
- Assist Sales Team with property searches, showings, and fieldwork
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, or a role involving customer communication
- Ability to use and navigate social media platforms at a high level (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, etc.)
- Knowledge of macOS, OfficeSuite, Google Drive, CRM, and Gmail
- Adobe Photoshop experience preferred
- A valid Real Estate License or past real estate experience and/or licensure is required.
- General knowledge in navigating MLS, Supra eKey, Dotloop or DocuSign, is preferred not required
$40,000 - $50,000 yearly + Bonus Structure
