Local Realtor looking for a licensed Administrative Assistant. Responsible for client care, file management, transaction coordination, marketing, data entry, mailing, answering phone, social media and responding to client needs.

You should be professional, accurate, organized, detail oriented, a positive person, a good communicator -- both written and verbal, have excellent computer skills, have a good sense of humor, be great at paperwork, be a fast learner with a quick mind, and be willing to work hard and smart. Office experience a must, real estate experience a plus. You will be expected to earn your real estate license within 5 months, if you are not already licensed.

This job is 30-35 hours per week with the possibility of growing into full time for the right person who can help grow the business. Please e-mail your resume and a cover letter.
