This is a part-time position of 20-25 hours per week. Position could develop into full-time for the right person.

Must be able to work from the American Canyon office at least 15 hours per week.

The applicant for this position should be a great listener, have exceptional attention to detail, thrive on the accuracy, be a fast learner, and self-starter.

Must have the ability to adapt to many different situations. Your willingness to take on greater responsibilities will have you growing within the team, earning more as your contribution to the team grows.

Duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to;

  • Assist with the daily operations of the team leader
  • Prepare documents for Listing presentations
  • Prepare closing documents
  • Track deals through the deal cycle
  • Schedule appointments for agents
  • Submit listings and changes to the Multiple listing service
  • Data entry with accuracy into our CRM
  • Order, coordinate and schedule inspections as directed by the Team Leader
  • Plan client events
  • Prepare flyers and other promotional materials
  • Gather information for market analysis
  • Perform administrative assistant and clerical duties such as typing of letters and filing
  • Social media post engagement

Your experience requires basic clerical duties, strong organizational skills, strong attention to detail, strong written and verbal abilities, ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner, proficiency with programs such as Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn a variety of programs necessary to perform daily job functions such as Skyslope, BAREIS MLS, Zip form and CRM.

A preferred candidate would have the following skills as well.

  • Social media platform knowledge
  • Very organized and systematic
  • Database/CRM Expereience

Responsibilities

  • Project manage the preparation of listing to go on the market (inspectors, contractors, landscapers) with and take ownership of it
  • Communicate effectively and correctly provide updates to the Team Leader
  • Meet with and stay during duration with service providers (inspectors, contractor) at the property as needed
  • Develop your own efficient system of your workflow as you learn new tasks
  • Must communicate with professionalism and accuracy
  • Create a constructive workflow (your own manual) of your role with directions from the Team Leader of expectations

Qualifications

  • Professional, responsive, and accurate communication skills
  • Verify and ask for guidance prior to executing to avoid errors
  • Ability to execute, self-prioritize, and manage their own tasks initial directions of priorities from Team Leader
  • Great listener of instructions and able to follow instructions as given
  • Ability to thrive and perform well under tight deadlines, changes, and pressure of deadlines
  • A quick learner and a resourceful team player
  • Must be resourceful in learning and take initiative to learn new skills
  • Must have a strong common sense of taking appropriate actions
  • Must have a positive approach and attitude to problem-solving. Be part of the solution, not part of the problem
  • Must have a valid driver's license and own a car to be at various property locations
  • Must submit DISC profile with resume to be considered
  • Work from the American Canyon office at least 10-15 hours per week

Compensation
$18 - $22 hourly
