We’re hiring a motivated Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities include showing properties to clients, hosting open houses, administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents in the client database for our lead real estate agent, monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines, complying with legal procedures, and coordinating and meeting at inspection appointments and final walkthroughs. You’ll also support the team by collaborating timeline with the marketing assistant on social media and planning company events. Candidates with an active real estate license will be considered first. If you’ve been studying and are scheduled to take the real estate license exam, you will be considered.

Must have a valid CA driver's license, a car, and a computer, laptop, internet to be able to work from home.

This is a 25-30 hours a week position that would grow.

NOTE: This is not a sales position. We are looking for a team member who will be the anchor and grow with us in this role long-term. This is an hourly paid position with performance bonuses, not a commissioned position.

Responsibilities
  • Take part in employee development programs to strengthen existing skill sets in real estate administration
  • Supervise production of all online marketing materials as well as brochures and flyers for events to professionally represent the real estate team
  • Assist the real estate team in facilitating local events to foster connection to people in the neighborhood
  • Coordinate schedules to ensure optimal open houses and final walkthroughs, travel arrangements, and general appointments
  • Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents
  • Either already has or is working towards real estate license
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends
Compensation
$20 - $25 hourly+ (bonus potential)
