We’re looking for a real estate admin assistant. Responsibilities include creating new MLS listings, helping transaction coordinators with contracts, and updating the office calendar.   • File paperwork and assist other real estate brokerage employees with contracts such as title exams, title sheets, executing commissions, and coordinating buyer and seller information when necessary
  • Create and update MLS listings in the database and oversee the marketing materials for each listing, including social media posts, photography, signage coordination, brochure drop off, and any other necessary materials
  • Maintain office equipment and re-order supplies when necessary
  • Adapt to the needs of the realty team and step up to help when appropriate
  • Supervise administrative assistants and direct daily operations to make sure procedures are followed

  • Direct administrative staff to assist with ISA calls, marketing artwork, and assist with team members

  • Over 2 years of prior office management experience or similar work experience in a related field
  • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Displays strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • General computer skills with Microsoft Office or similar systems
  • Real estate license is a bonus
$10 to $15 hourly
