We are seeking a Real Estate Administrative Assistant who is passionate about providing world-class customer service from the start to finish of a home sale, all the while ensuring a successful and enjoyable transaction for our valued home buyers and sellers. The Real Estate Administrative Assistant is a leader who will handle all functions of our office. Must be self-motivated, have strong customer service skills, organizational skills, leadership skills and the ability to problem solve. A can-do, pleasant attitude and the ability to work independently is a must. This is a part-time, 20 hours/week, position with the intent to grow into a full-time position in 3-12 months, depending on candidate experience and ability. CA real estate sales license strongly preferred, and real estate experience is required. Position is available for immediate start.

Responsibilities

Our ideal Real Estate Administrative Assistant candidate will have experience with transaction assistance and general office support. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Listing Support (Listing to Contract) 
  • Transaction Support (Contract to Closing)
  • Marketing and Database Support 
  • Administrative support

Qualifications

  • Experience in Real Estate or Transaction Coordination
  • Excellent leadership, customer service and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask, work in an environment where frequent interruptions may occur
  • Ability to lead while working collaboratively and independently
  • Management ability with team members, clients and vendors
  • Strong leadership qualities; ability to supervise, train and motivate staff
  • Friendly, outgoing personality, able to work with broker associates, clients, and the public
  • Computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, e-mail, Facebook, Instagram, CRMs
  • Some flexibility to work schedule, but must be able to work Monday through Friday

Compensation
$15 - $20/hr
