We are looking to add a dedicated team member who will be our organizational master - exceptional with systems, communication, and customer service. This person will make the difference between typical service and an outstanding experience for our valued clients, play a key role in ensuring that the agents’ organizational needs are met as well as ensure all transactions are handled efficiently. 

The initial opportunity will be a flexible 30 or so hours per week.

This position requires residential real estate transaction coordination experience and an active California real estate license or willingness to obtain one. We strongly prefer applicants who live in San Diego County, South Riverside County or South Orange County.


  • Oversee all contracts through closing
  • Correspond with all clients to ensure that they are informed of deadlines
  • Coordinate/monitor listings
  • Serve as a liaison via phone and email for agents between clients, lenders, inspectors, etc.
  • Implement/manage systems for sellers, buyers, database management, and back-office support
  • Be the first point of contact in handling general client inquiries
  • Assist with scheduling; event planning; and other general administrative systems
  • Keep agents informed regarding all pertinent matters
  • Attend training and development courses as requested
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities necessary to maintain service levels and to keep the business operating accordingly to established standards


  • Real Estate Industry experience
  • Transaction Coordination experience
  • CA Real Estate license (preferred)
  • Organization Skills
  • Communication skills
  • CRM experience

$30,000 - $40,000 yearly plus bonus potential (DOE)
