Seeking a diligent real estate administrative assistant to support a luxury real estate agent at Amalfi Estates. Primary responsibilities will include managing calendar, scheduling/coordinating appointments, transaction paperwork, fielding client and vendor emails, miscellaneous admin tasks, and providing superb customer service. In addition, you’ll work with other members of the team to coordinate marketing and transaction needs. Applicants should be extremely detail-oriented, reliable, possess great interpersonal skills, and have basic knowledge of paperwork processes and CRM.

This position will be required to sometimes work evenings and/or weekends and will be paid at an hourly rate between $16-$20 per hour (DOE).
