• Crush monthly and quarterly sales
• Delivering amazing experiences with Homeowners by preparing and coordinating Online & in-person appointments
• Conducting Negotiations of Purchase Contracts
• Building trust with Homeowners
• Maintain and Exceed Company Designated Quotas and KPIs
• Provide Daily Reporting of Sales Activities to Leadership
• Strong Follow-up

• Communication skills, both oral and written,
• Extremely strong phone skills; to set and close appointments over the phone
• 1+ year of experience as a Real Estate Specialist in Real Estate Acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience
• Hungry for achievement, enthusiastic, energetic, and internally motivated

• Comfortable with maintaining and exceeding Company Designated Quotas and KPIs
