Responsibilities

You will succeed in this role if you have a sales background or appreciable sales experience. Your daily activity will include:

  • Monitoring the sales process and documenting follow-up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
  • Performing analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
  • Building rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
  • Preparing letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions, and
  • Ensuring a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers

Qualifications

  • Communicate effectively, both written and verbal with superior phone skills

  • Make about 100 calls on a daily basis

Compensation
$100,000 - $120,000 yearly
