We're looking for a real estate wholesaler or investor to help distressed sellers. The person in this position is responsible for answering the phone, as well as calling sellers, and then going on appointments from those calls with distressed sellers. They will help sellers sell their home to our company if that provides relief and help to the sellers (ex. helps them avoid foreclosure, helps them to move quickly, etc). If the job candidate has experience working with distressed sellers or experience with investment properties, we will be able to offer a base salary while you grow your list of appointments.
Because of our company's level of expertise, administrative support, and systems/tools (8 years of real estate team experience), our ideal candidate would be someone who has worked a couple of wholesale deals while working another full-time job, and is now at a place where they would like to quit their full-time job and make wholesaling their full-time job but aren't interested in working on their own and reinventing the wheel (for example: figuring out what marketing to do to get leads, how often to do the marketing, how much to spend on the marketing, etc.). They would rather work with a team who can provide leads and systems (this helps aid in avoiding a month where you have 4 sales and then the next two months after you have no sales). This support team will also handle the paperwork, and provide coaching and mentorship. This position also comes with partnership investing opportunities.
Another type of ideal candidate for this position is a person who has been doing real estate wholesaling or investing full time and is now considering starting up with a franchise because they have found they love working with sellers but they are also not interested in reinventing the wheel or they are simply looking for a higher level of success AND are tired of working on their own and have found that working on a team and with a community is a much better fit for them.
Bonus fit to this position: If you would enjoy being the first real estate investment team member, and grow into a team leader, where you will coach and help others do the job. So eventually the job would be part to go on appointments and help the company purchase homes and help sellers and the other part of the job would be to coach and mentor others to go on appointments and help purchase homes.
This person finds appreciation in NOT being micromanaged. The person for this job enjoys that they are in charge of their own schedule and they are responsible for a certain amount of sales and that if they can achieve those sales in 20 hours a week instead of 40 then that is the amount of hours that they work. This person would like to truly feel like they are a partner/true team member in the company rather than a micromanaged employee or expendable employee.
