We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout for a full-time Real Estate Acquisitions Closer. You’ll manage warm inbound leads and close deals over the phone. This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support our acquisitions team needs to perform at their best. The ideal candidate is a doer who wants to take their closing skills to the next level learning our proprietary techniques that have enabled them to do 1000s of deals. - Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
- Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information
- Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions
- Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process
- Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers
- Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, and market trends
- Strong sales, customer service, and negotiation skills. Be able to ink deals over the phone
- Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work
- 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred
- Must have a strong sales background or desire to be great in sales, negotiation, and customer service
- Gym, insurance, auto, solar, or background of selling over the phone is desired
- Strong work ethic
