Being self-motivated is extremely important. This position offers great earning potential but requires you to be driven and self-motivated. This position requires you to work from home and on the road. A significant amount of driving is required to meet with customers.

• Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward

• Meeting with prospective homeowners to evaluate the value of their home, estimating the repairs needed, and make an offer to purchase the home on our behalf.
• Identifying prospective sellers through proactive efforts - the in-home appointments with our customers are from leads generated by HomeVestors® advertising and some will come from your proactive efforts.

• Be highly goal oriented
• Have a college degree or a minimum of 2 years sales experience; Our #1 buyer was a just out of college and wanted to gain real sales experience in real estate with the biggest and best home buying company in the US. He actually went on to become a franchise owner himself! Also, look and behave professionally.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be able to work full-time including some evenings and weekends.
