You will pursue new properties for the company to acquire and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. • Expectation to call new leads within 30 mins of receipt, ideally in the first 5 mins
• Request photos from the seller, using our VirtualOffer.com app. Follow up with sellers to actually obtain the photos
• Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
• Research investment and partnership models, real estate market, and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
• Present the offer to the seller
• Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract
• Negotiate the offer through acceptance & signing of AOS
• Monitor the sales process and document follow-up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
• Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close
• Manage the contract cycle with the seller through closing
• Manage any post-closing activity, such as scheduling locksmith, cleanout crew, etc.
• Obtain a testimonial video from each happy seller after providing The Fast & Convenient Sale - when we buy their property!

• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
• +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired
• A Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business, or a related field of study preferred
• Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
• Must be well versed in Inside Sales, using telephone & technology to make a high-ticket sale without being in-person
• Real Estate experience is a plus, but not necessary
• Passion to make deals at any time throughout the week. This is a lifestyle position with flexibility in schedule, but often with evening & weekend call blocks required to succeed
• Those who are "most available" to their business will earn the "most substantial" income to match
