If you love sales and have a passion for real estate investing, this position is for you.

We are the largest fix and flip company in Massachusetts and are looking for a motivated and talented individual to talk to and meet with motivated seller leads that we provide.

We provide seller leads in order to contact and meet with in person. You will meet with the sellers in person and present them with an offer to buy their home.

We provide the training necessary in order to work the leads and have great face to face appointments that convert into contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Call inbound seller leads to set face to face appointments
  • Meet with sellers face to face in their homes and present offers
  • Document your phone and face to face conversations in our CRM
  • Manage your pipeline report and maintain your minimum KPIs

Qualifications

  • Prior sales experience and success
  • Desire to learn the real estate industry(specifically real estate investing)
  • Great communications skills - phone and face to face
  • Willingness to travel for appointments within a 1-hour radius of your home

Compensation
$125,000 - $200,000
