We are seeking a Real Estate Acquisitions Sales Specialist in the greater Columbus, OH area.

In this role, you will meet with multiple, qualified clients each day. Our sales process centers around our customer. You will focus on educating your clients, truly building a relationship with them and most importantly, delivering on your promises.

No previous real estate experience is required. What we do require is an enthusiastic, resourceful and committed person with a motivation to succeed at a high level. This job sometimes requires unconventional hours (nights and weekends), but is designed to allow flexibility and uncapped earning potential.

This position will involve speaking on the phone and meeting with sellers at their homes. We will provide all of the marketing, all of the pre-screened leads, and set up appointments for the person who gets selected for this role. As an Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for going on the appointments, building rapport, identifying their needs, then negotiating the purchase of the property for our company. The ability to negotiate the best price possible directly impacts the earning potential you have.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting or exceeding quota goals.
  • Achieving an average of two new contracts signed a week.
  • Attending an average of 10 or more appointments a week (either provided or self-generated) at the home of interest to evaluate and present an offer to purchase.
  • Responsible for having 30% or less attrition rate (canceled contracts).
  • Understanding sellers, their motivations and overcoming objections that result in win-win purchases.
  • Managing all opportunities and appropriately following up with active leads, including completing all tasks within company CRM by their due dates.
  • Documenting all sales interactions in the company CRM.
  • Generating leads whenever free time is available.
  • Collaborating and communicating with the entire team to ensure the process is to the client's satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of proven, successful sales experience.
  • Reliable transportation, comfortable with a good amount of driving throughout the Columbus area.
  • Strong understanding of technology and ability to utilize multiple applications on an iPad, computer and phone.
  • Flexible schedule, including occasional evening and weekend appointments.

You do NOT need to have a real estate license to be successful in this business! In fact, the most successful people have no prior real estate experience.
