Our growing real estate investment company is looking for people with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas. In this role, you will take on the challenge of closing warm residential property owner leads (in-home). You’ll be expected to seal the deal on the first meeting on a daily basis, as you meet with 2 to 3 warm leads a day.
This position will involve speaking on the phone and meeting with sellers at their homes. We will provide all of the marketing and set up appointments for the person who fills this role. As an Acquisition Rep, you will be responsible for going on the appointments, building rapport and identifying their needs, then negotiating the purchase of the property for our company. The ability to negotiate the best price possible directly impacts the earning potential you have.
This position will work out of their home and travel around the Greater Cincinnati region.
Self-generate new clients using proven techniques.
Meeting or exceeding quota goals.
We are a real estate investment firm that advertises and purchases houses from sellers who want to sell outside of the traditional seller/realtor transaction. The homes we purchase are typically below market value and in need of some renovation, which is exactly what our buyers are seeking. We close fast, buy homes in "as-is" condition, and can buy an unlimited amount of properties if they fit our criteria.
