In-Home Sales Closer (One call closer) – Warm, Pre-vetted Leads needed in Cincinnati / Northern, KY

The job of the Acquisitions Sales Rep is to meet with property owners who are interested in selling their house and come up with a solution that fits all parties. In this role, you will take on the challenge of closing warm residential seller leads (in-home). You’ll be expected to seal the deal on the first meeting on a daily basis, as you meet with 2 to 4 pre-qualified leads a day. Leads that aren’t converted on the first meeting will be incubated through a systematic process until conversion.

This competitive and highly rewarding role is ideal for a highly self-motivated sales professional. It is handsomely compensated by an uncapped commission structure.

We invest in marketing to ensure your fast success, get you pre-qualified leads, and set you up on the appointment to meet with sellers. You will work from home and can set your own schedule. Past real estate sales is NOT a prerequisite. Whether you’ve sold software, shoes, ice to eskimos, etc.--we are looking for great salespeople in Cincinnati who can close the deal.

You will be hired on a 1099 contract position to start and after 3-6 months we will move you to a direct hire employee.  We are unable to provide benefits at this time.

Responsibilities

  • Pre-Appointment: Reviewing and analyzing property specifics, needs analysis with the sellers, managing calendar and coordinating the drive to and from appointments. 
  • Onsite: Visually assessing property for repair cost (quick 7-minute assessment), building rapport and gaining insight to the seller motivation, closing the deal on site. 
  • Post-Appointment: Documenting interaction and uploading required information into company CRM. 
  • Self-generate new clients using proven techniques. 
  • Meeting or exceeding quota goals.

Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience with one call in-home close and overcoming objections.
  • Consistent and proven track record of closing new business on the first meeting.
  • Excellent rapport builder with a direct selling style.
  • Professional business image, as you will be the face of the company in the field.
  • Must possess a positive mental attitude, an open mind and flexibility in approach.

Compensation
$80,000 - $120,000 realistic first year earnings (Base + Uncapped Commission)
